Our friend Paul brought us a ton of moose meat. This weekend we had moose burgers and I also made a big batch of soup using the ground moose meat. It was really good. If I didn't know it was moose, I wouldn't have been able to tell.


Eve helped.

Precious pics - I definitely think the one of Josie in the chef hat and pinny is a Christmas card shot :-]. What a fabulous sled that Eve has. And, what did Josie think of the snow?
Josie kept eating it! She ran around like a starving dog with a snout full of snow!
